Regis’s varsity tennis program welcomes student-athletes from all four grades. Tryouts can be held in the either the fall or the spring. Typically, the team will play 10 matches against CHSAA opponents and other non-league opponents, as well. The team utilizes courts at locations throughout the city, including Central Park and Fordham University at Lincoln Center, as well as the Upper Gym for its practices and matches.

The tennis team was the runner-up for the 2003 and the 2004 CHSAA New York Archdiocesan championship.
