Endowment Giving

Endowment Giving
Regis High School’s endowment, which includes Board-designated and donor-restricted funds, covers a portion of the operating budget each year.

While the Founding Family alone supported the school for 60 years, Regis was not fully endowed. Today, the endowment sits at approximately $130 million, which has been built by gifts from alumni, families, and friends. Their endowment gifts were made via capital campaigns, estate bequests, and individual gifts, including named scholarships.

Regis’s endowment has been managed since 2008 by Fiduciary Trust International under the direction of the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees.

Regis withdraws 4 percent from the endowment each year to help cover its $20 million operating budget. While the Annual Fund remains Regis’s most significant source of income, growing the endowment is an important part of the school’s financial picture and provides Regis with long-term stability.
