Our Office of Ignatian Identity and Formation animates the central dynamics of Regis's mission as a Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition. We operate at the critical intersection where the yearning of our faith that seeks understanding meets the prophetic invitation of our faith to build God's kingdom of justice and charity. Our team of pastoral ministers strives to engage our entire community - students, parents, staff, and alumni - in a wide array of creative and collaborative activities of prayer, leadership, enrichment, and service.

Liturgy and Worship
Frequently celebrating the Catholic Sacraments, especially the Eucharist and Reconciliation, nourishes the spiritual lives of each member of our Regis community and strengthens the bonds of faith and fellowship among students, staff, parents, and alumni. As members of the Jogues Society (named after the Jesuit martyr St. Isaac Jogues), students lend their gifts to both our weekday and school-wide masses as altar servers, lectors, Eucharistic ministers, and musicians.
Retreats
Our retreat program emphasizes that students are the living examples of Christ in our community. Our year-specific retreat offerings are designed to assist our students as they seek to find God in all things, reach a greater awareness of God's action in their lives, and deepen their relationship with Christ through the supportive faith communities they discover at Regis and in the wider Church.

Peer Ministry aims to respond to Pope Francis's call to build a culture of encounter. By responding to the needs of their fellow Regians, Peer Ministers learn to accompany their peers on their spiritual journeys and benefit from the Ignatian ideal of cura personalis. All Peer Ministers receive leadership training from the Campus Ministry staff.

These include formational activities that support new employees as they contribute to Regis's mission and ongoing opportunities for reflection and renewal for our cherished veteran faculty and staff members.
Programs for Parents
Recognizing that Regis parents are deepening their own relationship with God as they accompany their children through these transformative years, we support their ongoing spiritual growth through pastoral programs tailored to their needs. The monthly Ignatian Moments series at Parents' Club meetings offer valued opportunities for enrichment and reflection based on pillars of the tradition. Through bi-weekly discussion groups, special events, retreats, and service opportunities, the Ignatian Parents have cultivated a sacred space for parents to explore God's influence on their own faith journeys and study themes from Jesuit history and spirituality similar to the ones that enrich their sons' formation.
