A Prayer for Catholic Schools Week

While inclement weather is keeping our community from gathering in person, today we share a prayer for the start of Catholic Schools Week, the annual celebration of Catholic education and the many ways that schools live out the Catholic mission.

Good and gracious God,
During this Catholic Schools Week,
We thank You for the opportunity to be formed into men for and with others.
Through the efforts of our faculty, staff, administration, and benefactors,
Each day we grow in our faith and intellect,
Shaping our gifts and talents
so that we may better serve one another and our communities.
With deep faith, and courage,
May we press on to building a better world,
Building bridges and sowing seeds of hope,
For Your greater glory.
With the inspiration of Your Holy Spirit and in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, we pray.
