The Regis Volleyball team is comprised of student-athletes from all four grades. Tryouts begin in early March and matches run through May. All practices and home matches take place in the Upper Gym. The team competes in the only division against other CHSAA opponents.

The team won five straight CHSAA Archdiocesan Championships from 2011 through 2015 as well as city championships in 2017 and 2019.
