A Look Back

The Regis varsity football team was first fielded in 1923, but the sport would ultimately have a short life at the school, with the team playing its last season in the fall of 1930. In the Winter 2001 edition of the Regis Alumni News magazine, an article written by Col. John M. Godfrey '30 detailed his memories of the 1929-1930 Regis football team, a squad that earned the title of Champions of the Metropolitan High Schools. Read more here. |

The intricately-designed walls and ceiling on display in the 85th Street Foyer were restored this summer. The space, which has practically remained unchanged since its construction in 1914, is now vibrant and alive, and is a must-see for anyone interested in admiring the architecture of our historic landmark building. Provided here are archived photographs along with photographs of the newly restored space. |

This summer was the fourth anniversary of the installation of Regis High School's green roof. The Spring 2010 edition of the Regis Alumni News magazine featured a story about greening efforts at Regis. A reprint of the roof feature from that article is provided here. |
